A glass laminator needed to manufacture hundreds of windows using SentryGlas® interlayer. The time required to cut the pieces in-house was creating a bottleneck in their production facility.
Curbell Offers SentryGlas® Precision Cutting and Packaging Expertise
Curbell used our programmable saws to precision cut the SentryGlas® to the exact sizes that they needed. The pieces were then packaged in a special barrier film that protected them from moisture and contamination. Curbell also labeled each package with the dimensions of the cut pieces to facilitate work flow in the factory.
