Polycarbonate Doors for Wheelchair Lifts Require Costly Labor and Multiple Vendors

A manufacturer of wheelchair lifts was cutting polycarbonate doors from sheet stock using a table saw, finishing the edges with a hand router, and then sending the doors to a printer for screen printing. The multiple manufacturing processes and multiple shipments resulted in high labor costs, scratched and damaged parts, and excessive freight costs.

Reduced Freight Costs and Damage During Shipping
