Erik Mierzejewski is a Territory Sales Manager for Curbell Plastics Florida, serving customers throughout the state.  He helps customers solve material, application, and supply-chain challenges through material selection, dependable distribution, and fabrication solutions.

With experience in both sales and manufacturing operations, Erik brings a practical understanding of how material selection can impact performance, reliability, cost, and lead times. He helps customers identify the right solutions for their applications, simplify their supply chains, and explore opportunities to replace traditional materials with performance plastics.

Erik is inspired by Curbell’s relationship-driven, problem-solving culture and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for customers while continuing to learn and grow professionally.

Before joining Curbell, Erik spent 16 years in B2B sales across the metals and plastics industries. His experience also includes overseeing manufacturing and operational facilities certified to ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. Throughout his career, he has worked with customers across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, medical and biomedical, oil and gas, food and beverage, semiconductor, construction, and heavy equipment.

Outside of work, Erik enjoys spending time with his wife, their two boys, and their two French Bulldogs, Ghost and Stevie. He enjoys lifting weights, coaching his kids in baseball and football, following his Chicago sports teams, and spending time with his dogs. He also enjoys 3D printing and fishing with his family. And when it comes to music, Erik is a fan of heavy metal!
