Meet Melissa

Melissa Malusky is an Associate Inside Sales Representative with our Cleveland team supporting both inside and outside sales. She manages quotes, processes orders, and handles customer inquiries, ensuring timely deliveries and strengthening customer relationships to create the best buying experience possible.

A Partner in Your Success

Prior to joining Curbell, Melissa gained experience in customer service and sales. She worked as an inside sales representative for a steel company, where she gained knowledge and experience that helps in her current role. Some of the relationships she built in the steel industry continue with customers who also buy plastic.

Melissa finds working at Curbell rewarding and is happy to be part of a supportive values driven culture. “Working at Curbell Plastics has been a breath of fresh air. In her free time, Melissa enjoys volunteering at her daughter's high school and interacting with the kids. Whether it’s having backyard fires with her husband and kids, visiting her grown son and daughter-in-law, cheering on her middle daughter at the University of Cincinnati, or keeping up with her teenage daughter’s busy schedule, her family’s support inspires her to give her best every day.
