A Partner in Your Success

Melissa brings a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to every customer relationship. She helps customers identify the right engineered plastics, source hard-to-find materials, reduce downtime, and improve wear performance, while also supporting fabricated and machined part needs. Her goal is to be a responsive, dependable resource customers can rely on to keep operations running smoothly.

Her background spans sales, recruiting, staffing, and business development roles across Arizona’s manufacturing sector. Most recently, she served as a Regional Sales Director for an AI-powered workforce platform, where she partnered with manufacturing and logistics organizations on workforce strategy and operational support.

Melissa approaches her work with a strong emphasis on consistency and genuine customer care. As she puts it, “I believe the best partnerships are built through trust, communication, and showing up consistently. When customers know you genuinely care about helping solve problems, it changes the entire relationship.”

She is committed to helping Arizona manufacturers improve uptime, material performance, and long-term operational reliability through responsive service and plastics expertise.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys strength training, spending time with family, and staying active in manufacturing and community events. She is also passionate about supporting and encouraging women pursuing careers in manufacturing and industry leadership.
