Curbell Plastics Names Two Regional Directors to Support Continued Growth
Orchard Park, N.Y., February 3, 2026 – Curbell Plastics, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Cranston to Regional Director and the addition of Patrick Hatfield as Regional Director. Together, these appointments strengthen Curbell’s regional sales leadership and support continued growth across multiple markets and locations.

In his new role, Cranston will oversee Region 1, leading sales efforts for Curbell’s Syracuse, New England, Philadelphia/New Jersey, Virginia, and Jackson locations. Hatfield will oversee Region 2, with responsibility for Atlanta, Florida, Western New York, Rochester, Pittsburgh, and Films & Tapes. Both will focus on driving performance, developing teams, and executing regional strategies within their assigned territories.
Cranston brings more than 20 years of sales and management experience, along with extensive knowledge of plastic materials and their applications across a wide range of industries. Most recently, he served as Business Manager III, where he led sales and administrative teams for Curbell’s Moorestown, NJ and Syracuse, NY locations.
“Michael has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to customer success,” said Eddie Howe, Vice President of Sales at Curbell Plastics. “His deep expertise, strong leadership, and understanding of our customers and business make him an excellent choice to continue to drive growth and innovation across his region.”

Hatfield returns to Curbell bringing additional experience outside the organization in several roles, the most recent as Director of Global Procurement for a release liner manufacturer, where he partnered closely with sales, operations, and suppliers to ensure material availability, and technical development on applications. Prior to that, he spent 19 years with Curbell Plastics, beginning in marketing and moving to purchasing where he advanced to Director of Procurement. The experience he brings to his new role strengthens Curbell’s ability to align supply chain strategy with customer material needs.
“I’m excited to return to Curbell Plastics and partner with the team and our customers,” Hatfield said. “I look forward to working closely with them to build on Curbell’s momentum and deliver value across the business.”
As Regional Directors, Cranston and Hatfield will be responsible for developing and executing regional business plans, managing and mentoring employees, identifying new market opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives that support long-term growth and profitability.
“I’m proud of the teams I’ve had the privilege to lead and the relationships we’ve built with our customers,” Cranston said. “This new role gives me the opportunity to expand that approach across more locations and markets. At Curbell, our goal is always to help our customers grow their business and achieve better results for their own customers.”
