Michael (Mike) Nugent is the Regional Sales Manager for Curbell Plastics, supporting customers in Western New York, Rochester, and Syracuse. He specializes in solving engineering challenges with high-performance plastics, adhesives, films, and fabricated parts.

With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing distribution and technical sales, Mike brings a broad background that includes a previous decade-long tenure at Curbell Plastics, worked in injection molding resins, and ownership of his own manufacturing business. His diverse experience provides him with a strong understanding of plastic materials and fabrication processes. Known for his hands-on, results-oriented approach, Mike builds strong partnerships and collaborates closely with customers to deliver effective, application-driven solutions that support long-term success.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys golfing, fishing on the St. Lawrence River, caring for his small horse farm, and cheering on his favorite football teams.
