Description
Last-A-Foam® RF-2200 Dielectric Foam Series is a low-density, closed-cell rigid polyurethane dielectric foam engineered for radomes, antennas, RF communication systems, and other radio frequency (RF) applications. Its RF-transparent, low-loss dielectric properties support reliable signal transmission while providing dimensional stability, water resistance, and excellent machinability. Manufactured by General Plastics, RF-2200 is also suitable for high-temperature composite processing and polyurethane foam core applications where controlled dielectric performance is required.
Available in standard densities of 3, 4, and 6 lb/ft³, with custom densities available to meet specific dielectric constant and loss tangent requirements. Cut thicknesses are available from 0.125 in (3.175 mm) up to each grade’s maximum standard stock height.
