Last-A-Foam® FR-3740 is an aerospace-grade, flame-retardant rigid polyurethane foam formulated for high-strength composite core, tooling, and structural applications. Its 40 lb/ft³ density provides substantially greater compressive capability than lower-density foam grades, while the 1 × 18 × 100-inch format is convenient for elongated inserts, edge closeouts, reinforcement pieces, fixtures, and precision-machined components.
