Description
Last-A-Foam® FR-4700 High-Temperature Tooling Board Series is a rigid polyurethane foam board engineered to withstand continuous use temperatures up to 350°F (177°C) and peak temperatures up to 400°F (204°C). Its consistent grain-free structure is highly machinable, dimensionally stable, and uniform, making it ideal for prototype machining, high-temperature curing prepregs, and tooling applications where metal dies would be cost-prohibitive.

Available in densities from 18 to 40 lb/ft³, with thicknesses up to each grade’s standard height.
