Description
Last-A-Foam® FR-3800 FST Performance Core Series is a halogen-free rigid polyurethane foam engineered to meet fire, smoke, and toxicity (FST) requirements, OSU 65/65 heat release standards, and REACH regulation. Offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, dimensional stability, and a larger processing window than many alternative core materials. It can be thermoformed, machined, and bonded with ease.

Available in densities from 3 to 40 lb/ft³, with thicknesses from 0.125 in up to each grade’s standard height.
