- High strength-to-weight ratio from cross-linked resin
- Resistant to water absorption; will not swell, crack, or split on water exposure
- Resistant to most chemicals and solvents
- Machines cleanly with standard HSS cutting tools; also suitable for waterjet and woodworking tools
- Non-abrasive; stable and inert; will not support fungal growth
- Performs well as a wood replacement in many applications
- Maximum use temperature: 260°F (127°C)
- Composite core where flame retardation is important
- Honeycomb edge closeout for aircraft interior sandwich panels (overhead bins, class dividers, galleys, lavatories)
