Steve Kirgan is the Regional Sales Manager – Fabrication II for Curbell Plastics’ Region 4, serving Arlington, Colorado, San Diego, Seattle, and Phoenix. With a unique blend of distribution and manufacturing expertise, Steve plays a pivotal role in identifying and developing fabricated part opportunities for both new and existing customers.

A Partner in Your Success

After an initial six-year tenure with Curbell Plastics from 2007 to 2012, Steve spent the past 12 years with a leading plastic manufacturing company specializing in custom injection molded, machined, and cast urethane components. This extensive background has given him an in-depth understanding of plastic materials and fabrication processes, allowing him to guide customers toward the most efficient, cost-effective production solutions.

Steve’s deep industry expertise spans key markets such as food processing, packaging and conveying, water treatment and reclamation, and mining. He is passionate about leveraging the broad range of materials, applications, and capabilities available in the plastics industry to drive growth and innovation. As Steve puts it, “People buy from people, and when they trust you and your knowledge, profitable growth and sustainability are the reward.”

Outside of work, Steve finds his greatest inspiration in his family—a loving wife of 24 years and two children—as well as the natural beauty of Montana’s rivers, lakes, and mountains.
