PSU Properties

Physical, mechanical, thermal, electrical, and optical properties of PSU

PSU (polysulfone) is a high temperature, amber colored, semi-transparent plastic material with good mechanical properties. PSU is resistant to degradation from hot water and steam and is often used in medical and food preparation applications where repeated sterilization is required.

PSU is available in FDA compliant grades. Please ask your Curbell Plastics representative for more specific information.
