Apollo Cyanoacrylate Adhesives
Fast setting "super glues" that bond quickly to a wide range of substrates
Apollo cyanoacrylate adhesives, also known as “CAs”, “super glues”, or “instant adhesives”, are one component, solvent free, and very fast setting. Cyanoacrylate adhesives cure as a result of trace amounts of moisture in the ambient atmosphere and on the surface of the substrates. They bond quickly to a wide range of substrates including:
• Plastic
• Rubber
• Plastisol
• Ceramic
• Metal
Supplementary products round out our cyanoacrylate adhesive offering including adhesive primer, accelerators to increase cure rates, and adhesive remover.

CYBERBOND™ APOLLO CYANOACRYLATE ADHESIVE OPTIONS
Single Component Adhesives
Apollo 2000– Low viscosity. Fast setting wicking grade adhesive ideal for bonding preassembled parts.
Apollo 2002– Low viscosity. Fast setting wicking grade adhesive ideal for bonding preassembled parts. Excellent for bonding inactive plastic substrates.
Apollo 2003– Low viscosity. Suitable for general-purpose applications on metals, rubbers, and plastics.
Apollo 2004– Low viscosity. Fast setting adhesive ideal for bonding all types of rubbers and preassembled parts.
Apollo 2006– Low viscosity. Fast setting adhesive specifically formulated for bonding rubber.
Apollo 2008– Low viscosity. Extremely fast setting and specifically formulated for all types of rubber bonding applications.
Apollo 2010– Low to medium viscosity. Suitable for general-purpose applications on metals, rubbers, and plastics.
Apollo 2025– Medium viscosity. Suitable for general-purpose applications on metals, rubbers, and plastics. Also excellent on porous substrates such as foam rubber, cloth, and wood.
Apollo 2075– Medium to high viscosity. Designed for general-purpose bonding on all types of substrates where gap filling is required.
Apollo 2077– Medium viscosity. Suitable for general-purpose bonding but provides excellent strength and speed on all rubber compounds.
Apollo 2150– High viscosity. Quicker setting speed than most high viscosity materials. Suitable for all general-purpose bonding.
Apollo 2240– High viscosity, rubbertoughened ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive. Superior shock and thermal resistance when bonding rubbers, metals, and plastics in harsh environments.
Apollo 2241– Black, high viscosity, rubbertoughened ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive. Superior shock and thermal resistance when bonding rubbers, metals, and plastics in harsh environments.
Apollo 2999– High viscosity gel cyanoacrylate adhesive. Ideal for bonding porous materials or when controlling adhesive flow is critical. Offers maximum gap filling and repositioning time.
Apollo 5100– High viscosity. No-odor and non-blooming characteristics make this product user friendly when vapor control is an issue.
Apollo Z-574– Low to medium viscosity ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive. Specifically formulated for bonding TPO and TPV rubber compounds. Additionally, this formula is suitable for rubber to metal bonding.
CYBERBOND™ APOLLO CYANOACRYLATE ADHESIVE PRIMER
BOOST 6070– Heptane-based, cyanoacrylate adhesive primer strengthens the adhesion of Apollo adhesives to polyolefins and other low energy plastics. BOOST 6070 also increases the bonding ability of other difficult substrates such as silicone rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene. It can be applied to surfaces by wiping, brushing, or spraying and contains no chlorinated or fluorinated solvents.
CYBERBOND™ APOLLO CYANOACRYLATE ADHESIVE ACCELERATORS
Speed the curing of Apollo cyanoacrylates where low humidity levels or surface acidity may exist. These products are also used for fillet conditions or when gap filling between substrates. BLAST 6001 and BLAST 6003 can be pre-applied to the opposite surface from the adhesive or post applied to the adhesive joint by brush, pump sprayer, or dropper.
BLAST 6001– Heptane based
BLAST 6003– Acetone based
CYBERBOND™ CYANOACRYLATE ADHESIVE REMOVER
UNDO 6020– Cyberbond™ UNDO cyanoacrylate remover is designed for use with the Apollo line of adhesives. Quickly softens and dissolves adhesive from unwanted areas.
