A manufacturer of ROVs wanted to scale up production of their vehicles however they did not have the in-house machining capacity to fabricate the required quantity of HDPE frames.
The need was uncovered by a Curbell salesperson, and the customer was quickly set up to receive machined HDPE frames rather than raw sheet material. The customer submitted their drawings and specifications and Curbell used their state-of-the art CNC routers to quickly fabricate the frames to meet the manufacturer’s production requirements.
