Expanded PVC Properties

Physical, mechanical, thermal, electrical, and optical properties of expanded PVC

Expanded PVC is a lightweight, rigid, moisture resistant expanded foam polyvinyl chloride. It is easy to machine, fabricate, thermoform, die-cut, and accepts inks, paints, and pressure sensitive adhesive materials. Expanded PVC is a good substrate for digital and screen printing, painting, laminating, vinyl lettering, and forming projects. Some lines are even marine-grade or low-density for light-duty applications. Please ask your Curbell Plastics representative for more specific information about an individual brand.
