Curbell Plastics Promotes Eddie Howe to Vice President of Sales

Orchard Park, N.Y., January 6, 2026 – Curbell Plastics, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Eddie Howe from Senior Regional Director to the newly created role of Vice President of Sales. The promotion reflects Howe’s more than 20 years of dedication and leadership within the company, and Curbell’s continued focus on building a consistent, strategic, and high-performing sales organization.

Eddie Howe

Howe has devoted his entire career to helping customers gain greater value from their use of performance plastics. He joined Curbell Plastics’ Pittsburgh location as an Outside Sales Representative just 10 days after graduating from college and has grown alongside the company ever since. Over the course of his career, Howe advanced through a series of expanding leadership roles, progressing from Outside Sales Representative to Business Manager and Regional Director.

In his most recent role as Senior Regional Director, Howe led sales and service teams across five locations in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, supporting customers at every stage, from material selection through stocking, cutting, and fabrication.

Over the course of his career, Howe has helped companies navigate growth, disruption, and evolving performance requirements. Additionally, he has played a significant role in developing Curbell’s people. A strong advocate for training and education, Howe has served in multiple teaching and mentoring roles, including helping lead the Plastic Sales Professional (PSP) program that brings recent college graduates into Curbell and prepares them for long-term success through an intensive six- to eight-month training regimen. Many alumni of that program remain with the company today.

As Vice President of Sales, Howe will lead Curbell’s sales organization nationwide, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and advancing customer acquisition strategies, including the continued development of Curbell’s National Accounts to support multi-site customers. He will focus on continuing to build a culture of high performance and engagement, developing internal talent, and fostering open communication across the sales organization.

Howe will play a central role in shaping Curbell’s strategic sales direction, strengthening relationships with key customers and vendor partners, and working closely with marketing, operations, training, customer support, and business development to ensure alignment and execution across the organization.

“Eddie’s promotion reflects the trust he has earned through decades of service to our customers, our people, and our culture,” said Gerry Helbig, President of Curbell Plastics. “His leadership, strategic mindset, and passion for developing others make him the right person to help guide Curbell’s sales organization into its next phase of growth.”
