Meet Justin

Justin Tilton is the Business Manager for Curbell Plastics’ Philadelphia/New Jersey location supporting customers throughout the Philadelphia and New Jersey region. With more than 15 years of experience in plastics distribution and outside sales, Justin brings a strong understanding of material selection, application development, and customer support to every interaction.

Justin finds the plastics distribution industry especially rewarding because every application presents a unique challenge. The wide range of material options and end-use applications gives him the opportunity to support customers across many industries while helping identify practical solutions that improve performance and reliability.

He enjoys working closely with customers and collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions tailored to each application’s specific needs. Building long-term relationships, solving complex challenges, and helping customers achieve successful outcomes are some of the aspects of his role he finds most fulfilling.

Justin began his career with Curbell Plastics from 2010 to 2014 before expanding his expertise as a territory manager with another plastics distributor. His experience includes developing fabricated plastic components and supporting application-specific solutions across a variety of industries. He returned to Curbell as Business Manager, bringing a broad industry perspective and a strong commitment to customer success.

Outside of work, Justin lives in Haddon Township, NJ, with his wife, Naomi, and their two sons, Jack and Finn. He enjoys staying active through sports and fitness, cooking, and spending time with his family. Together, they enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending summer weekends at the beach.
