Last-A-Foam® FR-4500 Tooling Board Series, Rigid Polyurethane Foam for Tooling and Modeling

Last-A-Foam® FR-4500 Tooling Board Series is a grain‑free, easy‑to‑machine rigid polyurethane tooling foam engineered for dimensional stability and uniform properties. It supports fine surface finishes, bonds well with common adhesives, and is an excellent wood alternative for signage and display work. Available in densities from 10 to 50 lb/ft³, with thicknesses from 0.125 in up to each grade’s standard height.
