Curbell Plastics, Inc. Acquires San Diego-based Company, M&M Plastics, Inc.

Curbell Plastics, Inc., one of the nation’s premier suppliers of plastic sheet, rod, tube, film, adhesives, sealants, and prototyping materials, has announced that it has acquired M&M Plastics, Inc., a full service plastic fabrication shop located in San Diego, California.

M&M Plastics currently services businesses nationwide and offers full service plastics manufacturing capabilities from prototype to high volume production. The acquisition of M&M Plastics will add a full service fabrication shop on the West Coast to complement Curbell Plastics current offering of custom fabrication, exceptional service, and next-day delivery of high-quality plastics nationwide.

The acquisition will operate as a division of Curbell Plastics, Inc. Current customers of M&M Plastics will not experience any interruption in their service or in the personnel who serve them.
