Eugene (Gene) Aversa is an Outside Sales Representative with our Philadelphia/New Jersey team. He is responsible for increasing sales by growing business with current accounts and generating new business while working closely with inside sales and management.

Although Gene is new to the plastics industry, he brings over 11 years of experience in direct sales and leadership roles. He understands his customers' needs and challenges, helping troubleshoot problems related to plastic materials and machined parts. Gene ensures they have the right materials and parts for their manufacturing processes.

Additionally, Gene assists customers in improving manufacturing throughput. By analyzing processes, he identifies bottlenecks and areas for enhancement, whether through material selection or optimizing machining techniques. His goal is to achieve higher production rates, reduce lead times, and improve operational efficiency.

Gene's success lies in his ability to build strong relationships with customers. He actively listens, collaborates, and understands their unique requirements, fostering trust and rapport. He provides customized solutions to meet their needs.
