Considerations when choosing tubing or hose products
Choosing the proper tubing or hose requires consideration of temperature, pressure, abrasion, chemical exposure, and desired flow rate along with any necessary regulatory certifications and the flexibility or kink resistance needed. For complex systems, colored tubing or hose products simplify initial assembly as well as maintenance and repair. Almost any tubing can be provided as a hose with braided polyester reinforcement in order to achieve significantly higher burst strength and permit high working pressure.
