Noryl® Properties

Physical, mechanical, thermal, electrical, and optical properties of Noryl®

Noryl® modified PPO is a strong and stiff engineering thermoplastic with high dielectric strength, a low coefficient of thermal expansion, and low moisture absorption. It is an excellent choice for electrical applications that require machining to tight tolerances and is widely used for electrical components, semiconductor equipment parts, and scientific instrumentation components.

Noryl® has good impact resistance, good dimensional stability, and is easy to machine. FDA compliant grades are available. Please ask your Curbell Plastics representative for more specific information.
