Are You Our Next Outside Sales Representative?

We're looking for sales professionals to join us in an Outside Sales role. You will be responsible for increasing sales and profit margin by growing business with current accounts and generating new strategic business while working closely with Inside Sales and Management. You will be making business-to-business sales calls from both the office and on the road, maintaining and growing the existing customer base, and researching and identifying leads on an ongoing basis and converting these leads into customers. 

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Create, implement and execute a sales plan to increase market share in a particular territory
  • Develop a strong relationship with strategic customers
  • Develop new customers by prospecting and lead follow-up
  • Sell value-added services and solutions
  • Uncover new opportunities with customers by leveraging relationships and asking market-related questions
  • Introduce new materials to customers and educate them on use and applications
  • Develop proposals, contracts, and agreements to secure long-term business

We’re excited about you because:

  • Have two or more years of sales experiences in industrial or B2B outside sales, or related experience
  • You have worked in an outside sales environment, leading an end-to-end sales cycle 
  • You have excellent territory management skills
  • You are able to proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • You are able to uncover customer needs and determine possible solutions
  • You have an excellent work ethic and sense of urgency
  • You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
