Are You Our Next Inside Sales Representative?

We’re looking for sales professionals to join us in an Inside Sales role. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and growing existing accounts and also pursuing new opportunities while working closely with Outside Sales and Management. Primary activities include quoting, sourcing, closing orders, order entry, outcalls, follow-up on web inquiries, and using Curbell’s CRM and sales tools.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Develop a strong relationship with strategic customers
  • Help to develop new customers while working with Outside Sales
  • Calculate, quote, and negotiate price, delivery, and terms of sale with your customers
  • Uncover new opportunities with customers by building relationships and uncovering unmet needs
  • Introduce and educate customers on new materials and applications
  • Follow up on existing quotes and close sales on existing and new business
  • Proactively make outcalls to current and potential customers
  • Learn and use SAP to review, verify and input customers contacts, quotes, and orders
  • Use SAP CRM to increase the overall customer service experience
  • Work with many different people and departments at Curbell

We’re excited about you because:

  • You have two or more years of industrial or B2B sales or customer service experience
  • You've worked in an inside sales or customer service environment, leading an end-to-end sales cycle
  • You're able to uncover customer needs and determine possible solutions
  • You demonstrate an excellent work ethic and sense of urgency
  • You have good attention to details and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You're a fast thinker and are adaptable to new situations
  • You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
