Orchard Park, N.Y., November 26, 2019 – Curbell Plastics, Inc., one of the nation’s top suppliers of plastic sheet, rod, tube, tapes, and fabricated parts, has promoted three individuals to leadership positions within the company. Eddie Howe and Dallas McLaughlin have been promoted to Regional Director and Jinny Kcehowski has been promoted to Associate Director of Training & Development.

Eddie Howe, Regional Director, Curbell PlasticsEddie Howe, a Curbell Plastics employee for over 20 years, has been promoted to Regional Director. He will be responsible for sales and service teams in Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Florida and Virginia. Eddie has helped countless customers find practical solutions for their unique needs including material selection, stocking, cutting, and fabrication. He is a strong leader who works tirelessly to insure those he manages have the tools to succeed.

Eddie Howe was recently awarded the highest honor Curbell bestows – the True Blue Award. True Blue recipients are the best examples of individuals who consistently put the company, our customers and employees first in all they do, year after year.
 

Dallas McLaughlin, Regional Director, Curbell PlasticsDallas McLaughlin has been promoted to Regional Director for Cincinnati, Chicago, Detroit, and Cleveland, managing the sales and service teams.

With nearly 20 years in the performance plastics industry Dallas has a deep understanding of plastic materials, their applications, and supply chain management. In addition to guiding customers through material selection and application challenges, Dallas leverages Curbell’s vast resources and capabilities to develop custom supply chain management programs. His solutions help customers minimize inventory requirements, maximize efficiency, and take advantage of the full range of expense-minimizing resources at their fingertips.

 

Jinny Kcehowski, Associate Director of Training & Development, Curbell PlasticsJinny Kcehowski has been promoted to Associate Director of Training & Development for Curbell Plastics. Since 2009 Jinny has been leading the training initiatives companywide with award winning results. She was instrumental in automating the company’s first comprehensive onboarding program, implementing a formal Train the Trainer program, “flipping the classroom” for two of Curbell’s legacy instructor-led training programs, and increasing overall user adoption and engagement on the company’s learning management system.
In her new role Jinny will be responsible for partnering with the senior management team to align and elevate the company’s training and development program even further to support strategic and performance goals.
Jinny also serves as chair of the IAPD (International Association of Plastics Distribution) Women in Plastics Committee. This committee supports women through mentoring, education, personal, and professional development in order to attract, retain, and advance women within the plastics industry.
