Also, visit our technical resources section 		Overview Expanded PVC is a lightweight, yet rigid, expanded foam polyvinyl chloride making it tough and versatile enough for many of today’s applications.

The surface is a good substrate for:

  • Screen printing
  • Painting
  • Laminating
  • Vinyl lettering
  • Forming projects

It can be sawed, drilled, bent, and fabricated using ordinary tools and fasteners. Expanded PVC can be used for interior applications as well as limited exterior applications.
