Overview PTM&W urethane adhesive products are two-part systems designed for tooling and prototyping applications. Durometers range from 40 ShoreA to 85 ShoreD. A number of accessory products are also available, including release agents and urethane-compatible color dispersions.

Replicast 609 is popular "fast cast" material with a pot life of about 6 minutes and a demold time of roughly 60-90 minutes. This hard, rigid 83 ShoreD highly filler fast setting urethane tooling material features a simple one-to-one mix ratio. It has been formulated to machine very well with minimal tool wear. It is also quite economical.

PT8902 is a unique prototyping urethane material which offers outstanding toughness. Notched izod impact strength is over 2.0.
