Overview
New "Eco-Friendly" Rampf Board WB-1450
RAMPF® RAKU-TOOL® Working Board WB-1450 is the world’s first tooling board made using predominantly recycled polyols. The polyols are made from tooling board dust and chips.
How is RAKU-TOOL® WB-1450 Made?
Using an advanced thermal glycolysis process, RAMPF Ecosystems produces polyols that are made from tooling board waste. These are then re-integrated into the tooling board manufacturing process by RAMPF Tooling.
Rather than go through an energy using and waste generating cleaning step, RAMPF decided to use the polyol as recovered, giving maximum environmental impact reduction and the natural brown color.
Environmentally Friendly RAKU-TOOL® Board
